As
a long time resident of the Pacific Northwest, Jon Rader Jarvis illustrates
personal reflections on his immediate environment with his drawings,
paintings and prints. Jon’s paintings of nature often hold the
elements of abstractions and recall photorealists in color handling
and composition. As a colorist he explores light and color. Mr. Jarvis
has received awards for his work including a National Drawing Contest,
a Society of American Graphic Artists award, as well as local and national
watercolor exhibit awards. |
